As per the latest information the JEE Main 2018 Exam will be conducted on 8 th , 15 th and on 16 April 2018.

Hello,
I would recommend you start your preparation with NCERT books, as they are considered among the best material to build the preliminary and mid-range concepts. Once your fundamentals are strong, you can gradually move a level up. Some of the books, apart from NCERT, that you may use for JEE Main preparation are:

- Arihant Physics - D. C. Pandey
- Elements of Dynamics - S.L.Loney
