Hii..your rank is bit high.
As per the previous year cutoffs you might get
VJTI, SPCE, Rajiv Gandhi College,etc through All India Qouta.But the problem is the cutoffs are high as there is less no. of seats in this qouta.So there is more competition.
You should give MHT-CET and try to score good around 140-150 to get good Colleges in Mumbai.
