Hey! Its seem like you are very desired engineer and i think this gonna be not truly.since it depend on category and state which you belong to.
I mean this rank is not good enough to get a college .if you are st category then fine you are going to have a great institute but i swear if you are from general category then this marks is not enough to have a good college
