best IIT and NIT for PhD in which I got admission easily. my gate score is 626 (Mechanical)

When it comes to NIT's give a try at NIT Calicut, NIT roukela, SVNIT you should easily get into that. for IITs i dont think you have a good chance with the top IITs. You may also try universities other than NITs and IITs.
