Dear Rohan, how does one Categorise a Medical College as a best or worst? Unlike Engineering Stream, MBBS colleges do not provide Placement opportunities because it is a completely different profession. So the parameters that are taken into consideration are Infrastructure, Faculty and Rankings. And Sher-e-Kashmir tops the rankings amongst all Medical Colleges across Jammu and Kashmir.
