Top 8 NITS of India accept students for CSE btech Engineering who have a rank under 5000. NIT ROURKELA accepted closing rank of 4894 in 2016 and a rank of 4867 in 2015 for CSE branch General category. The best NIT BEING NIT TIRUCHILAPALI which had a cutoff closing rank of 621 in 2016 and 748 in 2015.
