Electronics Engineer is a person who can make the electrons flow in the direction and in amount according to his wish, by using his command over the low level computer programming languages.

A computer engineer is a person who can make the computers do, what he wants them to do by making use of the high level computer programming languages.

It depends a lot on your choice, interest, and passion. If you are really passionate about Circuitary and Devices, go for EC.

If programming attracts you towards itself, go with CS.
