Yes, you can take admission. As admission in Bhartiya vidyapeeth Dental college is done on the basis of NEET UG entrance examination.you can take admission through both the state and government quota
For 15% seats counselling are counted by MCC (Medical Counselling conducting authority) for admission to 15% all India quota seats and the state college of Maharashtra conduct counselling for the rest of 85% quota seats.
