You might be eligible if you are taking PCM in the next two years again. But you should be scoring a minimum of 75% in all the three subjects which is also one of the criteria for JOSAA admission process. According to the rules, you will be eligible. But this is a very crucial decision. So I will suggest you to contact JOSAA for confirmation as the rules might change in the coming years.
