Bio technology is better or pharmacy

I will suggest you biotechnology than Pharmacy as the scope increases in biotechnology.
You can be a research analyst, you can go into bioinformatics,  You can do Msc as well.
The industry demands for professional and Skilled biotechnologist in both Govt and private drug manufacturing and research laboratories. So, more you learn easily you earn success. Jobs in Biotech is more than pharma.
If you have interest in medicines then go with Pharmacy.
So if the above agrees you with the point of view than go ahead with biotechnology than pharmacy.
It also depends upon your interest.

Pharmacy has a much better scope in my opinion. Pharmacy is an umbrella stream in which you will study all the other subjects (biotech, microbiology, biochem) and also a plethora of other subjects ranging from anatomy and physiology to pathophysiology to medicinal chemistry to pharmacognosy.

You can do your master's in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology after your B.Pharm, but you can also do your MPharm in several other fields like Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmacognosy, Medicinal Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry. You will also have the freedom of opening your own pharmacy or industry if you wish.
