Bsc degree is a plain degree where the syallabus is mostly theoritical and also concepts are not in depth. Bsc degree will provide you employment but you need to have skills apart from your daily studies.

Bsc hons is a specialised degree where the concepts are in depth and you will be introduced more to the practical and knowledge based aspect. Generally Bsc hons is more good than Bsc as it will give you more knowledge. Rest depends on your choice.

As Bsc hons stand for bachelor of science hons. A bachelor's degree Bsc is generally considered an ordinary pass degree and Bsc hons is looked upon as an extraordinary degree. Bsc hons is supposed to have a heavier syllabus then Bsc. Some countries offers the title hons. For a general Bsc that last for only three years.
