Are you enquiring regarding BSc-BEd then it's eligibility criteria is passed 10+2 from science stream with 50% aggregate, this may differ based on the norms of the University, RIE is the premier education institute where you can take under physical science course of integrated BSc-BEd,admission is done through CEE conducted by NCERT, there are other universities as well which offer admission such as Sharda University, Jaipur National University, Lovely Professional University etc.
