For B.Sc. Cardiac Care Technology in Tamil Nadu government medical colleges like Madras Medical College, admission is usually based on your 12th marks, not NEET.
The cutoff is calculated mainly using Physics, Chemistry, and Biology marks out of 200.
Approximate cutoffs are usually:
• General → around 190+
• BC → around 186–190
• MBC → around 183–188
• SC/ST → around 175–182
So competition is pretty high, especially in top government colleges.
