Yes, B.Sc Nursing is available through the Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (EAPCET).  EAPCET is an entrance exam for undergraduate courses in Andhra Pradesh, including B.Sc Nursing.

To apply, you must meet the qualifying conditions and perform well on the exam.  If you pass the test, you will be eligible for admission to nursing colleges in the state that accept EAPCET scores.
