It will be good if you can clarify your question but anyway, from my understanding  after completing your first year, you want to change college in your second year.

So yes you can change college in your second year but first you need to check which course your are doing is also available or not in the College in which you want to take admission i.e. MG college

And you also have to check your subject rather they are same or not if they are not same then you can't take admission and you also have to in college they will tell you about procedures of how can you take admission in second year of bsc and they will also tell you you are eligible or not.
