Dear aspirant,

The syllabus for B Tech varies from university to university and hence, there is no one direct answer for this question.

1. If you have taken CSE in class 11 and 12 you'll be doing almost the same syllabus again in your first year.

2. The physics and mathematics will also be mostly similar in the first semester. If you have not taken any extra coaching classes for exams like JEE Mains/ Advanced then you'll feel that the topics are being covered more in depth than what you had studied. The basics will be covered along with some more depth in the concepts of physics, math and CSE.
