i was not alloted bds seat In any phases but now I got allotment in additional mopup round i didnot download the allotment order should I need to pay any penalty?

Hello,

If you haven’t received any allotment order or your seat hasn’t been allotted yet, it usually means either:

Your rank or marks didn’t meet the cutoff for the round that has been completed.

You might have missed some step in registration or document verification, so your application wasn’t considered for seat allotment.

The next round of counselling hasn’t been conducted yet, and seats may still be available in subsequent rounds or stray vacancy rounds.

In this situation, you should check your application status on the official counselling portal, ensure all documents are verified, and keep track of upcoming rounds. If needed, contact the helpdesk of the counselling authority to clarify why no allotment has been made.

No allotment now doesn’t always mean rejection you might still get a chance in the next round if eligibility and rank allow.
