Yes, you can appear COMEDK entrance exam because the eligibility criteria of 2022 says that there is no age limit for this examination. You have to pass second PUC, 10+2 higher secondary or equivalent examination. Mandatory subjects are Mathematics,  Physics and Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Computer Science or Electronics in case of exam for Engineering and Physics,  Chemistry and Mathematics as mandatory subjects in case of exam for Architecture.

You have to score minimum aggregate of 45% marks in Physics,  Chemistry and Mathematics in case of Engineering and at least 50% in those subjects in case of Architecture exam of COMEDK.
