Can a BA grad apply for a BA LLB course in NLUs with CLAT marks if he /she is within the age limit?
Answer (1)
Since, you're a ba graduate, you can apply to the NLUs for B.A. LLB if you 're within the age limit.
The eligibility criteria for a llb course is that you must have scored 45% and above in your bachelor's.

Ma'am you have misinterpreted my question
Yes you would be ELIGIBLE for admission there even though you have done BA already. But to be honest, it will be a waste of 2 years as you've already completed BA. And you'll be doing BA again. You have an option to complete law in 3 years. If you are concerned about Placements and more then there are various 3 year law colleges offering good placements like Delhi University, GLC Mumbai, ILS Pune, IIT Kharagpur, Symbiosis which you can go for. If you look for Judiciary or litigation in future then there absolutely no use for the NLU tag. Try to research and rationalise through this and just don't go behind the NLu tag. Because though the top tier NLUs are pretty good without a doubt. There is a lack of facilities, good faculty and placement in many middle tier and lower NLUs. If you're for any reason still adamant about NLUs then you can go for it as there is no age limit to apply and you'll be eligible. But you should know you can find quite good options with 3 year law too.
