Dear Vipul, the eligibility criteria for applying for SSC JE is that you should have completed your Diploma and Degree wherever applicable. Students pursuing their final year Diploma or any other year of graduation are not eligible to apply. Infact the official website says those who are still studying neddn't apply. So just to answer your question, a student still studying B.Tech is not eligible for aplying for SSC JE.
