Can a btech Mechanical Engineering graduates can do Diploma (which most candidates do after 10th or 12th) in Mechanical Engineering? Does Diploma Degree will be valid if some one will do after graduation?

Hi there,
If you have already done btech in mechanical engineering... Then why u need to do a course which is a smaller degree than the previous one..
Means if you are engineer why you want to be a junior engineer.
After btech there is no need to do diploma

Focusing on State JE(U.P) Exam not Gate/PSU/ESE exam I have to do Diploma first because UP state need diploma in JE Exam. Thats why my question is, If I will do after BTech then it will be a valid degree or not?
