There is no steadfast rule that a Candidate can hold domicile of only one particular State. If you fulfill the eligibility criteria of both Kerala and Tamilnadu NEET domicile criteria, you can apply for both the States 85% quota.
Tamilnadu Domicile Criteria:
- Should be a native of the State
- Students belonging to another State cannot claim nativity of Tamilnadu
- Native student who has studied in Tamilnadu from Class 6 to 12 needn't produce nativity certificate
- Students who are natives of Tamlinadu but have studied outside the State from Class 6 to 12 need to submit any of the original certificates of the parents among Birth certificate and relation with the student.
