In neet application i gave kerala as my state of eligibility .I m eligible for both kerala and Tamilnadu .Am i able to apply in Tamil Nadu.

In order to apply for both states, you need to have state domicile of both the states. If you are eligible according to the state domicile guidelines like you have studied in TN but your parents reside in Kerala or any other such provisions, then you are eligible for domicile and also state quota seats.
