I think you have asked for Seemant institute of technology. The college takes admission by accepting jee exam score. All seats are filled through jee exam score based counselling conducted by Uttarakhand technical university. 90% of the seats are reserved for uttaraUttar domiciles, rest of the seats are for all india students at SIT pithorgarh. Sir i didn't ask for SIT. I was asking about counselling eligibility held every year in madhya pradesh Can a outside M.P student participate in counselling
