Can a candidate of Uttar Pradesh eligible to apply in Punjab neet mop-up round counselling?

Dear Chitra, neither UP nor Punjab is not an Open State. So you cannot participate in Punjab NEET counselling if you have UP's domicile. The only chance to apply for Government Colleges/Deemed/Central Universities of other States is during All India Counselling. During mop up round, all the unfilled, vacant seats of that particular State will be transferred to the respective States amd only domicile candidates can apply for the same.
