The answer is NO. The eligibility criteria for JEE MAINS is as follows:
There is no age limit.
The candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examinations from a recognized board. Candidates who have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination in 2021, 2022 or are appearing for it in 2021 will only be eligible for JEE Main 2023.
Since you have not passed 10+2 or equivalent you ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR JEE MAINS examination as diploma is not considered as 10+2.

No, As you told that you have done diploma in 2021 and now you are thinking of minus so let me tell you that you are not eligible. If you have passed 12th in 2020 then you are eligible.
Students should have passed the 12th class or qualifying the exam in 2020 or 2021or Candidates appearing in 12th class or equivalent qualifying exams in 2022 can also apply.
