Yes, The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has started the second round of registration, payment, and choice filling for NEET 2018 counselling on July 6, 2018. If you have registered for the first round needn't register again, but can submit their fresh choices of colleges. And if you did not register can freshly register and make choices.
