Yes! You can change your college in 3years or 5years LLB course within the same unviersity but if you are changing the unviersity then there will be trouble.
As per the common rule of university of india, if you are migrating from one university to the other between the course then you need to go through evaluation process. In this process the university in which you want to take the admission will access your paper which you have given in your unviersity.
