can a obc candidate, obc rank in jee mains is acceptable for tfw or it needs crl of candidate ?

Hi there,
Tfw means tution fees waiver so if you fulfill the criteria of that category then you can get the benefits of tfw irrespective of crl / obc rank.
Youbjust need to fulfill the tfw criteria.
