Can a SC candidate get a government medical college in 200marks in neet? Is 2years dropping for medicals is a right option?

Sorry to say but NO. you won't get a government medical college with these many marks. Coming to your second question, it completely depends if you are so desirous of becoming a MBBS Doctor. If you just want to work in the feild of Medical Sciences, then there are many other ways to get it.
So decide according to your desired and other conditions.
