Can a student give improvement exam if he has enrolled in bsc 1st year and which marksheet is valid regular or improved one

As you have already started your graduation then it might be difficult for you to give an improvement exam.

Sir, I have given improvement exam in 2017 I have it's result also.but I have taken admission on 12th regular board exam in bsc 1st year in 2016.as I want to give UPSC exam than which year mark-sheet I will provide to interview panels.
