No, you cannot appaer for jee advanced since you have appeared in 2018 and 2019. One can only appear in class 12 appearing phase and next year. For example if you gave your boards in 2018 then you are eligible for 2018 and 2019 jee advanced. Even you did not appear for it in any year of 2018 0r 2019 still you won't be able for 2020.
