Can a student ( not belonging to bihar) fill the BCECE exam 2018 or not ????

As per the eligibility criteria,other state students can give BCECE 2018.You can go through the below given link to check full eligibility criteria of BCECE 2018:

Dear Ankit,

Yes, other state students are eligible to appear for BCECE entrance exam.

Only candidates who are residents of Bihar can claim reservation for admission in engineering colleges of Bihar. Other state candidates can't claim reservation for a seat through BCECE.
