i'm 2018 passout B.E student i have 2 arrears in 3rd sem...can i appply for 2019 gate exam...with the help of eligibility form or not

Hello Elaya,
If you have arrears, you are most likely not eligible for appearing in the entrance exam. So, you need to clear the arrears first before considering appearing in GATE.
