can any candidate having 119 score in Neet , take part in councelling of general category

Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing well. Sorry to say but the qualifying marks for general category for neet released by NTA is 138 which is minimum score each general category student must get to qualify the neet exam.
As per the this year (2021)result of NEET UG ,General category aspirants need minimum 138 marks (50 percentile). On the other hand General-PH(122 Marks 45 percentile) and SC/OBC/ST requires 108 marks (40 percentile).
