can Any one tell me WITHOUT RUNNING Hand signature is accepted or not in neet 2019?

the NTA has laid down that you must upload a document containing the running hand signature of your full name as a proof of your identity while registering online for the NEET UG 2019 examination and so you will have to abide by the guidelines given by the authorities otherwise you will have to re upload the signature during this window period between 14th for 31st January 2019 feeling to do which might result in loss of registration for this examination as well as create complications during verification and counselling process even if you allowed to give the examination, although in all probability admit card will not be issued if there is an issue with your signature upload which will entail you incapable of setting for the examination itself
