hi,
eligibility for MHTCET is that, nationality is indian, must appear in 10+2 exams, no age limit is given. so a candidate from any state can apply in MHTCET. however there are some marks criteria of 10+2 in category wise.. check the official website of mhtcet for further details.

Yes, you can give MHT CET, but you are eligible for all India seat of the private college, not eligible for government or government-aided college. https://dtemaharashtra.gov.in/approvedinstitues/DTEPortal/index.html visit the official website for clarifying your doubt.
