Candidates belonging to other states can apply for MHT CET exam. They can also apply for Counselling through JEE (Main) Scores. However, other state students cannot apply for the government seats.

yes you can give MHT CET. the candidates from other state can also give mht cet,but your domicile will play role at taking admission in various engineering colleges.since there will be a reservation for maharastrians(domicile).but you can give and take admission via mht cet.please refer the below link:
