Yes, btech fina year students can definitey apply for the same. The minimum requirement is graduation with an age range of 18-32.

Yes definitely you can apply but make sure that before joining you have your graduation completed. They want any graduation degree before joining this post. The age limit for this is between 18-32 years so age factor will not have issue the only thing is your graduation degree before joining. Rest details you will find over RRB website.

But as per rrb ntpc notification there is clearly mentioned that final year will not apply
