Dear Sir / Ma'm, the choice locking option will be made available from the 25th of June, 2019, 10 AM to 5 PM. The reason that the choice locking time is given a few days after the choice filling is so that students can interchange and add or remove the respective colleges and make as many changes as they want to before finally submitting the choices. As chocie filling is a crucial part of the counselling.
