Yes, If you've passed with an aggregate to 75% then you're allowed to attempt JEE advanced examination and to apply for pilot entrance examination (CPL) you minimum aggregate in class 12th must be 50%. If you've scored more than 75% then you're eligible to give both the above mentioned examinations.
