Domicile Criteria of RPVT Exam -
Indian Nationals but of only Rajasthan’s domicile are eligible to apply for RPVT 2019.
Digital Domicile Certificate issued by Rajasthan State authority is a compulsory document during the counseling process that commences shortly after the declaration of result.
So, you won't be eligible for the exam if you are Haryana domicile.
