can i able to change from engineering course to arts?. or otherwise there is any procedure to change it.
No, you can't. The foundation year, which is the first year in both courses are different in all terms including, subjects and syllabus, due to which transfer from an engineering course to an arts course is not possible, if you wish to change your course nevertheless, you must first quit your engineering course and apply for your art course and write all the required exams(if any) for admission into your favourable arts course.
If your still in your first year and your engineering course is becoming unbearable already, it's ideal time to quit your course and join your course of interest, but don't be too quick to make that decision, understand that no matter what field you choose, work hard you must, there is no escape from that.
