WBMCC is the counseling authority for admission to MBBS, BDS in West Bengal. It has the following process for Counselling.
Enrollment & Online Fee Payment
Publication of Seat Matrix -Round 1
Registration, Choice Filling and Locking of Choices
Seat Allotment Process – Round 1
Result Publication - Round 1
Reporting for admission at the Allotted Institution – Round 1
Subsequent rounds
So if you look at it, you have to register once only. If you were not allotted a seat in Round 1, you need not register again for Round 2. The registration is good enough.

There's no need to register each and again. And your one-time registration is enough if you are opting for counselling. Well, but if you want to participate in further counselling, you need to apply over and again. You can participate with one registration in all counsellings, but however many counselling you like, you need to apply for them many times.
