Vaibhav , I belive talking about clat , and yes you can prepare for it and give it next year but then you would have to start from 1st year . So instead of taking admission somewhere , prepare well this year and give it your best shot . To prepare for the same make sure you have your command over english and maths because the syllabus is samwsand the sections are scoring .
