can I appear state quota counseling without registration of AIQ registration

Dear applicant

It is totally fine if you want to only register for state quota couselling but keep in mind you should be sure enough that your grades meet up with the eligibity criteria of good colleges in your state.As per my opinion state quota will let you get into colleges within state and AIQ will get all over India colleges so you would have more options than state before concluding so think wisely.

yes definitely , if you do not wish to participate in All India counselling procedure then you can apply for state counselling. every state releases its own counselling form for medical colleges through neet.
