Can I apply for both engineering and medical councelling. If I got a seat in engeneering college, then I cannot apply for medical counseling
Hello Dear Student,
Yes, you can apply for both engineering and medical counselling simultaneously . The counselling processes are independent, so registering for one does not affect your eligibility for the other.
If you have only been allotted an engineering seat:
- You can still participate in medical counselling.
- You can keep exploring both options until you decide.
If you have already joined an engineering college:
- You can usually continue participating in medical counselling.
- However, if you get a medical seat and decide to join it, you will need to follow the engineering college's withdrawal/cancellation procedure.
- Refunds and document return policies depend on the college and counselling authority.
Important: You cannot remain enrolled in two full-time degree programmes (e.g., MBBS and B.Tech) at the same time. Once you decide to join one course, you must withdraw from the other.
