Hello aspirant,
Ofcourse you can apply for both all India and state quota counselling. Infact I suggest you should definitely apply for both.
Also let me inform you that you would be benefitting more under the 85 percent state quota.
Apply for the counseling process as soon as the dates are announced. And choose your preferences wisely.
