Hi Abir,
Yes you can apply for B.Tech but you'll not be getting B.Tech in Computer Engineering instead of Computer Science. Computer Engineering focuses more on developing design and tools to solve problems related to software and hardware interfaces.
From my personal experience, as a fresher you may face some issues when you are applying off-campus but 1-2 years into the industry only your work experience will be considered
