Yes you can give CDS exam, your college must be approved from UGC that is only criteria, you must have a degree of graduation from any college UGC approved. If you are from arts or commerce you can give for OTA and if from Engineering background then you can apply for IMA permanent commission, AFA, INA.

You can give cds exam after completing your graduation from any recognised university,
For IFA,INA you must have an engineering degree.
if your university is recognised by UGC, apply for CDS.
